WMSEI Concertmaster 2019-current, Jason has many memorable experiences as a musician. He began earning money as a musician in 8th grade, getting his first paid gig in the IFOT pit orchestra. In 1987, he was nominated to Who's Who in Music. He soloed with the Idaho Falls Symphony and Idaho Civic Symphony and had many years playing in those groups. He also served as the Concertmaster for the Teton Chamber Orchestra for over a decade. Before retiring from his violin studio, he taught hundreds of string students over two decades to enjoy music and develop their talents. He founded the Snake River Elementary Orchestra and served as its conductor for 3 years. Jason continued to perform with the IFYAC and IFOT productions along with other benefit concerts. He has been a clinician, judge, and conductor for music festivals. He still has fun playing fiddle in a band called "The Not Brothers." Some of his favorite memories include performing on stage with 8 grammy nominees, but Lamb of God is his
